OpsBix (“we,” “our,” or “us”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect through opsbix.com, when you contact us, and when you use our services. It also explains why we use it, who receives it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have.
1. Who We Are (Data Controller)
OpsBix is the trading name of Md Rajibul Islam (also known as Rajibul Ratul), a self-employed individual based in Helsinki, Finland. OpsBix is not yet a registered company. The data controller for the personal data described in this policy is Md Rajibul Islam, operating as OpsBix.

2. Information We Collect
Contact form and emails: your name, email address, phone number, subject and message, plus any company name or other details you choose to share. The contact form sends your message to us by email. It is not stored in the website’s database.
Client information: if you become a client, contact details, project information and invoicing details needed to deliver and bill our services.
Technical data: your IP address, browser type, device information and the pages requested. This is generated automatically when you visit the website and is recorded in our hosting provider’s server logs.
Please do not send sensitive information (such as health or financial account details) through the contact form.
3. Why We Use Your Data and on What Basis
To reply to your enquiry: based on your consent (the checkbox on the contact form) and on steps taken at your request before entering into an agreement.
To provide our services and manage the client relationship: based on performing an agreement with you.
To keep accounting records and issue invoices: based on our legal obligations.
To keep the website secure and working properly: based on our legitimate interest.
We do not sell or rent your personal data, and we do not use automated decision-making or profiling.
4. Cookies and Similar Technologies
Apart from the third-party content described in section 5, this website uses only cookies and similar technologies that are strictly necessary for it to work. We do not use analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics or marketing tools in the future, we will ask for your consent first and update this policy.

5. Third-Party Services and Who Receives Your Data
We use the following service providers. They process data for us, or in some cases for their own purposes under their own privacy policies:
Hostinger hosts this website and receives technical data such as your IP address. A script provided by Hostinger is also loaded on the website’s pages.
Email providers (our hosting provider and Google, for Gmail) receive the messages you send us.
Google provides the fonts used on this website and the map shown on the Contact page. When a page with these loads, your browser connects to Google’s servers, so Google receives your IP address and may set cookies for the map.
Some providers, such as Google, may process data outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens, they rely on safeguards such as the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or standard contractual clauses.
6. How Long We Keep Your Data
Enquiries that do not lead to a service are deleted within 12 months.
Client records are kept while we work together and afterwards only as long as needed for the agreed purpose.
Accounting records are kept for the period required by Finnish accounting law (generally six years after the end of the financial year).
Server logs are kept for a short period by our hosting provider, according to its own policies.
7. Data Protection
We take the security of your personal data seriously. We use appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your information from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure or destruction.
8. Age Restrictions
OpsBix services are intended for individuals 18 years of age or older. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18. If we become aware that we have collected data from someone under 18, we will take steps to delete it promptly.
